The governance role

The presentation describes TerraNexus as a structure that manages, vets, contracts and governs ecosystem participation. It assigns The Dream a role in protecting ecosystem integrity, farmer benefits and agreed commercial and WAF obligations.
Implementation requires those responsibilities to be expressed through the relevant membership arrangements, programme agreements and operating procedures. The website explains the model; specific obligations belong in those agreements.
